In addition to editing the design strategy’s superb in house running the company’s LinkedIn and Twitter accounts. This involved integrating social media activity across the practive, co-ordinating support between different users and advising on tone and content. The agency are very strong on metrics and part of my job was to continue monitor effectiveness through LinkedIn, Twitter and Google Analytics. In addition, I filtered back news from social media, keeping the company abreast of new developments in mobility and urbanism. I still help Plan as a consultant editor.
